Lakan Guro Harold Evans, a personal student of Tuhon Ray Dionaldo, holds the FCS rank of Lakan Guro. He also holds the ranks of 4th Dan PAC - Hock Hochheim/Master Lyndon Johnson, Lakan Apat (4th Dan) PAC - World Combat Martial Arts Federation, 4th Dan Filipino Combatives - Hock Hochheim/Master Lyndon Johnson, Lakan Apat (4th Dan) Filipino Combatives - World Combat Martial Arts Federation, and Lakan Tatlo (3rd Dan) Mano Y Mano - World Combat Martial Arts Federation.

Guro Evans also holds black belts in Grand Master Rick Ward’s Sunburst Natural Fist System Sil-Lum Kung-fu and Grand Master Remy A. Presas’ Modern Arnis (IMAF, Inc) under Guro/Sifu David Ng.

Master Evans is a member of the International Kung-Fu Arnis Association, founded by Grand Master, Rick Ward; a member of the Cloud Forest Association, founded by Grand Master David Kash; and a member of the International Modern Arnis Federation, founded by the late Grand Master Remy A Presas.

 He holds B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Economics from North Carolina A. and T.  State University.

Appointed by Tuhon Ray Dionaldo, Guro Harold is the FCS-KALI of North Carolina Regional State Representative and US South Eastern Director for Filipino Combat Systems.
